There must be...什么……一定会发生
something can be done 这里应该是一定定语从句,但是省略了that.
这句话一般用在出现什么故障,或者闯了什么祸的时候所说的,例如:
A: I broke the glasses.
B:There must be something can be done.Let me see,you may tell your parents and mend them.

直译: 你比你看上去要聪明. (你看起来比较笨之意)
意译: 没想到你脑子还挺好用.

cleverer than

形容词比较级+than...: 比……更……
例: Tom is taller than John. 汤姆比约翰高.
    But john os smarter than Tom. 但是约翰比汤姆聪明.
    He study harder than me. 他学习比我用功.

因为该句有些许讽刺意味,不适于用于长辈或一般关系的朋友。

1 have to: 不得不, 必须
 You have to think about it before it is too late.你必须好好想想这事儿,不然就太晚了.

2 look like: 看起来象...
  He looks like a teacher. 他看起来象教师.
  look like a drowned rat: 湿得像落汤鸡 (固定用法, rat 不译为老鼠)
 He became as wet as a drowned rat.他湿得像只落汤鸡.
